Shipping and Delivery
Plush + Oak furniture is shipped via LTL Freight. Transit time is 5-10 days from our manufacturing facility to any destination in North America.

What services can be performed on the Vera?
The Vera bed is our design offering for our many requests for a height adjustable bed. The vera also offers a slightly more subtle curvature compared to our Edda and Brynn beds, which means it is suitable for side laying treatments as well as back laying. Services that can be performed on the Vera are any that the client lays on their back or side including: lashes, brows, PMU, waxing, medi-spa and more.
Is the Vera made in North America?
The Vera bed top and all components within it are artisan crafted in North America by our in-house team. The metal base is globally sourced with our trusted metal supplier.
Accessory Options
The Vera is extremely soft including the head area and pillows for the most part are not required. If artists want additional loft at the leg area, a Curve djust bolster pillow can be added.
Shipping and Delivery
Your order will be completed in the timeframe you have selected.
Standard Orders: 6-8 weeks manufacturing
Rush Orders: 3-4 weeks manufacturing
Once your order is completed, it will be loaded onto the truck with our trusted freight team, and you will be provided tracking information.
Once the delivery team has landed in your city, they will call you to arrange a delivery window (4h of time) on a day of your choice.
All Plush + Oak large furniture items are fully insured as a complimentary service to our customers. There are no additional fees on delivery and the one time shipping charge at checkout is all inclusive of: shipping, insurance, delivery and unloading (curbside), and any border fees associated with the Canada/US border crossing when applicable.
Lead/Manufacturing Time
Each Vera bed is manufactured by our Artisan team of upholsterers to your specifications. You may choose your manufacturing speed from the following options:
1. Standard Manufacturing: 6-8 weeks
2. Rush Orders: 3-4 weeks
Once your order is completed, please allow 7-10 days for transit time to arrive to your location.
Warranty
Our 12 month comprehensive warranty covers: frame, suspension system, material integrity, hydraulic lift, stitching and seams from any defects.
Incidentals such as spills, tears, or misuse of the bed is not covered.
