We are actively seeking distributors both domestically and internationally to assist in the overwhelming demand for Plush + Oak products. With hundreds of inquiries weekly about where potential customers can go in order to try out our beds, and see swatches in person - our distributor program aims to create a mutually beneficial relationship for us, and our partners.
There are two ways distributors can partner with Plush + Oak.
1. Wholesale Program
Tiered wholesale pricing is available starting at a minimum of 12 beds. This program is ideal for those wanting to offer sales in location of physical products customers want quickly.
2. Dropshipping Program (Showroom partner)
Our showroom partner program is for businesses wanting to display Plush + Oak products in store, without carrying inventory. Customers will demo and experience the bed at your location, and you will simply place the order with us through your partner portal to ship directly to the customer.
3. Combination
Distributor partners may choose to do a combination of both programs.
FAQs
How many beds are required to be displayed on the showroom floor?
Our minimum requirement is showroom partners must display one Edda Cloud® bed, one Fleur Artist Stool, and relevant accessories for potential buyers to try in person. If the distributor has multiple locations, there must be a Plush + Oak display at each location.
Other models may also be added as desired.
Do you provide marketing materials and sales support?
Plush + Oak showrooms will be provided with a POP stand display for each model they are presenting on the showroom floor. In addition, distributors will be provided with large scale swatch samples, catalogues, and leg hardware samples to assist buyers with their customizations.
Our team will provide full onboarding and product knowledge training to all reps and sales staff as well as an annual in-person pop up event at your store with our founders annually for high volume sales partners.
Can I sell online, or just in-store?
The purpose of our distributor program is to give potential buyers a place to come experience the beds in person. However, if you are stocking physical product in store through our wholesale program, you are permitted to list items on your professional website.
How does the drop shipping program work?
Our dropshipping program is available only if the distributor has a physical showroom displaying our product for customers to experience.
If you do not carry saleable product in store, you may place customer orders through your distributor portal for the customer. Plush + Oak then manufactures and ships directly to the customer. Each order placed through the distributor portal earns 15% commission paid monthly to the distributor.
Who handles shipping logistics, warranty, and customer service?
Plush + Oak will arrange all shipping logistics, customer inquiries, or any warranty issues directly.
The only exception to this is with in-store sales where the customer will arrange transit directly with the distributor and stockist of the product.
All customer purchases (in-store, or dropshipped) will be serviced and supported directly by Plush + Oak.
Can I get exclusivity for my region?
To be granted exclusivity for your region, your sales/purchases must be higher than 35 beds within the calendar year at each location you are seeking exclusivity in.
Exclusivity will be revoked if target volume is not reached.
Minimum order quantity may come from online purchases through your distributor account, or wholesale orders for stock inventory.
